Peace and Security Council Report No 49

In this edition of the PSC Report our researchers in Addis Ababa have produced analyses on Egypt and South Sudan, a retrospective article on Africa’s Capacity for Immediate Responses to Crisis (ACIRC) and an open page article on the Organisation of African Unity/African Union.

In addition, our Pretoria researchers have produced country analyses on Madagascar and Mozambique. Previous analyses on Egypt, Madagascar and South Sudan can be viewed in the April 2013, November 2012 and October 2012 editions of the PSC Report respectively.
