plusieurs mois de blocage, des jalons importants pour la gestion de la crise au
Mali ont été posés au cours des dernières semaines. L’objectif du séminaire
intitulé “Mali: Faire la paix en préparant la guerre†est de présenter un état
des lieux des deux principales missions confiées au gouvernement de transition,
àsavoir la gestion de la crise au nord du pays et l’organisation des élections
présidentielles. Ce sera aussi l’occasion d’analyser les dynamiques au nord en
ce qui a trait au financement des groupes terroristes et àl’interaction entre
ces groupes et les populations.
ENGLISH: After several months of deadlock,
important developments in terms of managing the crisis in Mali took place over
the past few weeks. The seminar entitled ‘Mali: making peace while preparing
for war’ aims to present an overview of the two main tasks entrusted to the
transitional government, namely the management of the crisis in the north and
the organisation of presidential elections. It will also be an opportunity to
analyse the dynamics in the north regarding the financing of terrorist groups
and the interaction between these groups and the population.
