SARPCCO/ISS Counterterrorism Training Manual

International, regional and subregional instruments aimed at improving sustain the quality of regional counter-terrorism efforts.

The SARPCCO/ISS Counter-terrorism Training manual was developed for and by the region, aimed to significantly improve and sustain the quality of regional anti-terrorism and counterterrorism efforts, and to motivate SARPCCO member countries to increase the quality and quantity of law enforcement agencies and police officers trained in intelligence gathering, investigation techniques and regional and international cooperation in the fight against terrorism.

The aim of the CD-ROM is to provide the learner with additional reading material on a number of topics referred to in the manual, as well as to include material mentioned in the manual – specifically international, regional and subregional instruments, including national legislation.

The CD-ROM is distributed alongside the manual during the training course.
