View on Africa: SADC seeks a parliament

The regional body wants to get closer to citizens, but is parliament the answer?

This View on Africa is presented by Liesl Louw-Vaudran, ISS Consultant. She will discuss outcomes of the recent 38th SADC summit and whether a regional parliament could improve SADC’s relationship with its citizens.
