After the 10 October Presidential election, the Supreme Court intervened to indefinitely postpone the presidential run off after Charles Brumskine of the Liberty Party complained of election fraud and irregularity. This View on Africa is presented by ISS Senior Researcher Fonteh Akum. He will explore the political implications of the court decision given the view by many that the complaint was filed to keep George Weah from becoming Liberia’s next president.
