Speakers: Dr Rudolph Zinn, a senior lecturer in the Department of Forensic Investigations at UNISA (Florida campus) will be the main speaker at this seminar. His presentation will be based on his thesis for a Ph.D in Police Science at the University of South Africa (UNISA). Dr Johan Burger, a senior researcher in the Crime, Justice and Politics Programme at the ISS, will provide a brief introduction to the subject.
