Speaker: Lieutenant General FALZONE. Director of International Relations, French Joint HQs

Lieutenant General FALZONE was in command of the Northern Multinational Brigade in Mitrovica, Kosovo, from September 2000 to January 2001. In 2002, he was appointed deputy commanding officer of France’s military representation to the NATO Military Committee in Brussels. On 1 July 2005, he was appointed to the post of Director of International Relations at French Joint HQs.
