ISS Conference: BY INVITATION ONLY: Project Steering Committee Meeting Date: 2010-08-17 to 2010-08-18 Venue: Kampala/Entebbe, Uganda Mifugo Project on the implementation of the Protocol on the Prevention, Combating and Eradication of Cattle Rustling in Eastern Africa is managed in collaboration with EAPCCO (Eastern Africa Police Chiefs Cooperation Organization and a Project Steering Committee (PSC). Member States are; Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda. The fifth Mifugo PSC will receive progress report from the Secretariat, approve the work plan for the remaining part of the year and approve Terms of Reference (ToR) for the Project’s evaluation.
