COP25 and the challenges facing South Africa

South Africa’s response to climate change, like that of many countries, needs to improve.

Experts in South Africa working on climate change will discuss the recent COP25 outcomes and what they mean for the country. The science behind developing climate change mitigation and adaptation policy will be debated along with tools to measure and observe the impact of climate change. The important role of public opinion will also be covered.

This event is co-hosted with the Embassy of Chile and the Embassy of Spain.
