On Unconstitutional Changes of Government: The Case of Libya's NTC
This article examines the normative framework on unconstitutional changes of government and the AU's recent decision to grant de facto recognition on the NTC of Libya, while explaining the reasons behind AU's recent decision. It argues that the AU should work with NTC towards a credible transitional process in Libya.
