Southern African Legislative Overview

International and regional legal instruments and model legislation on organised crime, corruption, money laundering and terrorism in Southern and Eastern Africa.

With the support of the Norwegian Government, the ISS office in Cape Town undertook a research project that focused on Organised Crime, Corruption, Money Laundering and Terrorism in Southern and Eastern Africa. This CD-ROM aims at providing researchers, decision makers and legal drafters with easy access to relevant country legislation from these areas of Africa, as well as with international and regional legal instruments and model legislation that could otherwise be time consuming to find.
