Will this African Union summit bring change?

This seminar considers whether key issues of budgets and internal reform are any closer to resolution.

Is the African Union (AU) getting its house in order? Last week’s summit saw lengthy discussions about the AU’s budget, but whether this will result in action from member states remains to be seen. This seminar will analyse efforts to make the AU more productive and efficient, as well as other key outcomes of the summit.
