Launch of the Direct Conflict Prevention Programme

The Direct Conflict Prevention Programme (DCP) in the Addis Ababa Office of the Institute for Security Studies (ISS) will be officially launched on Wednesday 20th June 2007 at the ISS Office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

 

The objective of the Direct Conflict Prevention Programme is to improve the quality of direct conflict prevention strategies and approaches in Africa. DCP strives to complement the work of African Union member states and the activities of the AU Peace and Security Council in Addis Ababa.

 

The launch will be held at the ISS Offices on the First Floor, Ki-Ab Building, Alexander Pushkin Street, Pushkin Square (Sarbet), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
