The workshop on the exhange of experiences in demobolisation, integration,
reconciliation and other military matters between officers from SADC member
countries and officers of the DRC was jointly organised by Labor Optimus, which
is the centre for Strategic Studies for Central Africa, based in Kinshasa and
the Institute for Security Studies in Pretoria with the concurrence of the
Ministry of Defence in the Transitional Government of the DRC.
