Presenter: Mr Raymond Johansen, Norwegian State Secretary for Foreign Affairs

 

Mr Johansen is now State Secretary Foreign Affairs in the Norwegian Government, a position he also held from 2000 to 2001. From 2002 to 2005 he was Secretary General of the Norwegian Refugee Council, and previously also headed a department of the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation.
